Present Jud Neufeld, James Vickers, Marc Spalding, Bryan Screen, Chip Laibl, Attorney George Young, City Manager Don Holmes, Keith Dunham, Ann Atkins and Brett Dennis.  Our guest will be Tom Geoffroy and Katie Hall from Florida Gas Utility

  5. Financial / Operations update for; New services installed (4) Main extensions (0) Abandonments (1).
  6. Update on East Palatka gas main relocation project and the use of a ground penetrating radar – Quantum Imager for locating underground facilities.
  7. Update on the Aclara agreement.
  8. Discussion about SCADA RN1 updated quote.
  9. Standby pay for PGA outside employees.
