Present Jud Neufeld, James Vickers, Marc Spalding, Bryan Screen, Chip Laibl, Attorney George Young,   City Manager Troy Bell, Keith Dunham, Ann Atkins and Brett Dennis.

3. Discussion and direction on the replacement of a 6” Gas Main at St Johns and 19^th St in Palatka.  Review of proposal from Primoris Distribution Services, Inc. to perform the replacement.
