    5. Service line abandonment program 2019 – 32 abandoned services, 20 closed out, 67 services checked. Total 506 to be checked.
    6. Cost of gas adjustment – no change.
    7. CRI – Audit is complete!
    8. ADA Compliance for Webpage – Indigo Business Solutions.
    9. Plumbing License Update.
    10. CNG conversion and damage to service van.
    11. Strategic projects
      1. Hastings – SR 207 building – update.
