Present Jud Neufeld, James Vickers, Marc Spalding, Bryan Screen, Chip Laibl, Attorney George Young, City Manager Don Holmes, Keith Dunham, Ann Atkins and Brett Dennis.  Guests from FGU are Tom Geoffroy and Katie Hall.
