Present Jud Neufeld, James Vickers, Marc Spalding, Bryan Screen, Chip Laibl, Attorney George Young, City Manager Don Holmes, Tom Geoffrey with FGU, Keith Dunham, Ann Atkins and Brett Dennis.

  3. Approval of minutes from meeting held on January 6, 2022.
  4. Financial / Operations update for; New services installed (5) Main extensions (0) Abandonments (8).
  5. Tom Geoffrey with FGU will be here to discuss the GP Prepay agreement.
  6. Discussion on replacing our Tinker-Rasor TriStar Interrupters with RMU3-G Remote Monitoring Units.
  7. Other Business.
  8. Next Board Meeting will be held on March 3, 2022.
