Present Jud Neufeld, James Vickers, Marc Spalding, Bryan Screen, Chip Laibl, Attorney George Young, City Manager Don Holmes, Keith Dunham, Ann Atkins and Brett Dennis.  Guests will be Robbi Correa, Mayor Elect and James Burdette from Inspired Technologies, Inc.
